SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping to countries available at checkout.
Orders placed before 12PM ET will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12PM ET will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please review these carefully before completing your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any customs processing times.

DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, duties and taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout depending on your location.
If applicable, these charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable, as they are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been shipped.
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Pech is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or without prior return authorization will be refunded less all original shipping costs, duties, and a 10% handling fee.
Orders returned as undeliverable are not eligible for re-shipment. If you would still like the item, please place a new order.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, it is outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused in transit.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email info@pech.world as soon as possible.
We are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on full-priced items.
To initiate a return, please email info@pech.world with your order number and the subject line:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, we ask that all swimwear is tried on over underwear. Returns that do not meet these standards may be refused.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy requirements or are returned without authorization.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return parcels.

REFUNDS
We offer full refunds to the original form of payment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact info@pech.world within 7 days of delivery with your order number and images of the issue.
We will work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible.
