Shipping
Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in the United States.
Orders placed before 12PM ET are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout. Pech is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Orders returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be refunded less original shipping costs, duties, and applicable handling fees.
Orders returned as undeliverable are not eligible for re-shipment. A new order must be placed if you wish to receive the item.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements. Customers should contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
